Twelve years ago today (8th October 2004) Schapelle Corby was arrested when she collected her luggage in Bali. To her shock and horror, 4.2 kg of marijuana was found in her boogie-board bag. Despite begging for forensic tests, CCTV footage from the airports, fingerprinting, and a full and proper investigation, the bag and physical evidence was burned. She was sentenced to 20 years in the hell of an Indonesian prison.
The full and proper investigation was eventually undertaken by The Expendable Project, which obtained reams of FOI and other data from government departments, the AFP, and elsewhere. This proved, conclusively, that the AFP and government ministers not only knew that she was innocent, but suppressed the proof of this. They protected their own interests. The rip-off privatisation of the airport a couple of years earlier was kept out of public focus, AFP corruption was buried, and the relationship with Indonesia was maintained… all at the expense of her life.
Despite this corrupt rabble of the well-heeled being absolutely nailed, the Australian media remained in full gutter mode, smearing and lying against her at every turn.
To this day, the facts and the material proof of all this remains unreported. Australia’s dirty little secret remains hidden.
See it for yourself… see the huge cache of material the establishment refuses to face:
