Gitmo judge may have destroyed evidence related to 9/11 suspect case

Khalid Sheik Mohammed was water boarded 183 times in order to extract information about his role in the 9/11 attacks, which secured his conviction. New information coming to light shows a tribunal judge may have colluded with prosecutors to hide evidence that could have cleared Mohammed. Associate professor of law at the City University of New York Ramzi Kassem joins RT’s Alex Mihailovich and says that this type of behavior is “par for the course” since the military commissions at Guantanamo are designed to deliver convictions and not justice.
