Prison strike: Texas inmates protest ‘slave-like’ conditions

A historic strike is taking place in Texas, as prisoners refuse to leave their cells. The inmates claim that food and water quality are poor, wages are low and the working conditions are miserable. RT America’s Anya Parampil talks to Jim Del Duca of the Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee about the prisoners’ grievances.
