Controversial law criminalises refugees in Hungary

Hungary’s policy of arresting and criminalising refugees through a new courts system may be in breach of the Geneva convention of the treatment of refugees.Under new laws ordered by the government, hundreds of refugees who crossed Hungary’s new fence with Serbia are ending up in court to be expelled once again back to Serbia.Al Jazeera’s Laurence Lee reports from the court in Szeged near the Hungary-Serbia border.
