She maybe 7 months pregnant but that hasn’t stopped ICE from detaining Lucia for the last 3 months. In September, Lucia passed her Credible Fear interview, however ICE is set on deporting her.
Lucia fled Guatemala after her abusive husband nearly forced her to have an abortion. Lucia needs immediate medical care and support, not long-term detention!
